Hey I currently have two exit offers from Big 4, senior accountant for internal audit at Comcast and then the other being financial reporting for Five below. Had a bunch of interviews and these two positions were on the top of my list. I know it’s a good problem to have but now split between the decision to make. I wanted to get your opinions on an offer I’m going to receive from EY working in their climate change practice as senior consultant. My background: working in EHS for 6.5 years, currently in insurance as a consultant.

Current salary: 90k and standard benefits including 401k and company car (used for personal travel also).
EY offer: 95k plus 10k signing bonus as senior 1 consultant.

Landed a contract role at Deloitte via MBO Partners for an audit senior role. MBO is making me a W-2 employee for MBO, but I am getting paid $125/hour plus overtime. Am I missing something here or am I about to be making $5K/week (or more with OT)? Anyone have any experience with MBO or doing contract work like this? Obviously way more than I'd make if I stayed at KPMG for busy season.
