I‘ve currently got 5 years sales experience (sales advisor, sales specialist and currently SDR). I’m looking to stay in my SDR role for a year and then venture out. The companies I’ve worked for have been in the telecommunications and now fintech industry. What is the trajectory for sales role post sales manager or what are other career avenues I could explore with my sales experience.

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.
