I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?

Joined this platform yesterday. The first thing I observed was that almost everyone here has super high salary packages, the minimum that I saw was 40LPA. I am currently at 14LPA with almost 7 YOE in FMCG Category Management. Need guidance on how can I increase my package. Looking at the salaries here, even I am motivated to be in 1Cr club.

At present ny salary is 12.5 CTC i.e. 9 Fixed + 0.9 Bonus + 1.5 Retention Bonus + 0.6 Food Allowance + 0.5 Misc. Work Experience is close to 3 years.
What should be the benchmark salary that i should expect if i am planning to join EY? What should be the salary range i should quote as an expectation for any company in general?

Can we use TCS health policy even after the last day?
TCS has already paid money to Health Insurance company. Also TCS is going to deduct all installments from FFS.
