Anyone know how to reschedule the visa/Dropbox appointment in india after 3 reschedules? I kept getting slightly earlier times so changed my appointments but I’m still 7 months away and now hearing that there are earlier appts available. It doesn’t let me reschedule and I don’t want to cancel because then I’d lose the current appt without knowing if there’s another one. HELP!!!

I’ve been on an H1B for many years with an approved I-140. Can I work outside of the US for 1 year (in Canada where I am a permanent resident) and come back on an L1? I understand the green card processing time on L1 is significantly faster.

Do you pay your credit cards in full every month?

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). Can my spouse change her job while green card application is pending. I'm the primary applicant and both my I140 and I485 are pending.

I currently have my EAD based on my OPT with an addition 2 year renewal. I have also submitted a marriage based GC application in Nov 2021, did my biometrics currently waiting on my interview.
