Hi all! I currently work remotely for an agency based in St Louis. I’ve enjoyed working with their clients, specifically their tourism and other smaller, in-state clients. However, they limit me on the amount of work I am given with these clients since I do not live in that area/state. Does anyone know if there are agencies in Houston that focus on Houston/Texas tourism and/or other smaller clients? Not really searching for a job yet. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money

Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill

I was just informed that I am going to be extended an offer for AWS Proserve. What is the pay schedule for AWS… I thought she said that payday was once a month… I didn’t know if I heard this correctly.

Have an offer from AWS for an L7 Principal PMT role: $215k base + $275k sign on bonus for Year 1 and $215k for year 2 + 5100 RSUs (@ $130 / share). This is the initial offer; where is there room for negotiation? Base or Sign on Bonus or RSUs? I realize it's a good offer, but I'm looking for: $225k base + existing sign on + 5500 RSUs. Does that sound like a decent counter?
