I was impacted the last time American had all of those crazy cancellations and what not. I waited 1 week then reached out and eventually got them to refund me and give me 15k points in addition to the refund. It was better than nothing. And chase didn’t give me anything.
If you email them a complaint they’ll probably give you miles or a voucher
yep, call and complain/argue/yell. they’ll give in eventually
I have a Delta flight Seattle-NYC-DC on Thursday morning of next week. I have a can't miss apppintment the following morning and am getting a little nervous about not making it.

They may give you mikes to compensate. I always gotten delta miles whenever I complained about delayed flights (I am a diamond member FWIW)

It was due to a mechanical issue. Some problem with a valve that wouldn’t shut off. Any hope for me!?
