I have 10 YoE in the Customer Support field, making 68k currently as a lead agent. I applied for a supervisor role, above my current role, and didn't get it.

Any recommendations on how I can leverage my YoE in the future for this role if I've never been in a supervisor role?

Curious, I'm a bilingual Health Information Specialist and work exclusively from home. Im a medical assistant and front office specialist. I'm making $17.50/hr. I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again.. I have got offer from wipro ...I have been selected in bulk hiring..... And HR said that you will be on bench for 2 weeks and then you will be given option to select project.
Can anyone please confirm does it happen with every person who joins wipro?
