Also tell company B that you have an offer, so they should move up your interview or be ready to give you a decision very quickly.
First, congratulations. Second, be grateful.
What I usually do — but aggressive.
1. Get the offer from Company A. Be thankful to H.R and the process — and that you consider them as the best option because of x,y,z. Say you need to digest all of this at first, but point out that you want room for negotiation (salary bit low, sign on, bonus, leave days etc)
2. Tell Company B that you have an offer they want a response for soon, they’ll also begin asking what that offer looks like — do not drop the name. Fluff offer A up. Pull the interview closer, nail it. Get offer B (ideally better salary, sign on etc)
3. See if offer A can beat out offer B. If they do, go back to offer B. Let them battle it out.
4. At some point in 1. (Should have done this earlier) apply for your most ideal job. See if they bite, make those two offers make you look like a superstar. Then let all offers fight
