Hi, I recently came across Scaler's MS program, which offers masters degree in collaboration with Woolf University (European University). And, I am looking move to Canada in near future. Will the master degree offered through this course will be accepted by the education evaluation institute WES? If yes, is it considered as equivalent to Canadian Masters degree? Career wise - what would be best? A change management role at Crowe working government software upgrades Or Change Management role at a name brand childcare company? The culture fit at childcare company is amazing.. remote, unlimited PTO Crowe , I'm not sure since it's working with government.

I love it! Joined a year ago, smart people, social, on top of it; good work.
I do want to point out, lot of work, it’s rigorous, but that’s what I like. I wanted that environment and was sick of like being around people that didn’t care. People CARE about their jobs and performance. That’s a breath of fresh air for me.
Tse is legacy ots 🙈
In my area we go to market as EY-P
As others have said the experience can depend on the project, but I've enjoyed working with almost everyone I've encountered. In general I find the culture to be very open and collaborative. Folks care about their jobs and put in the time and effort to do well.
Follow-up queation, how hard is it to switch to a US office?
Process of switching isn’t hard if you have a good rep and good relationship with your team. I told a partner I’m close with and he quietly reached out to friendly partners in the office I wanna move to.
Visa will be a whole separate issue I’m sure :)

Just curious, is there TSE in APAC 🧐? Or just legacy OTS?
Thanks all! I see a lot of doom and gloom about consulting in the US but I actually like my job so wondering what I’m in for 😂
Made the move from a country that’s not known for working crazy hours a couple of years ago, so naturally I had the same thoughts. I was positively surprised. Don’t think you have anything to be afraid of 😎👍
P.S., also found the type of people to be similar to the country I came from. Good culture!
