But the HR is saying they can offer only 36% hike.
YOE: 6
CCTC : 12 LPA fixed.

How should I proceed with this.

1. I got HC this year and last year, this year I got promoted, still my variable pay bonus % was same both years, is it a default method for all or its controlled by Managers ?

2. Will HC hike with and without promotion will also be same ?

How much hike I can expect from Staff to Senior promotion this year at High Contribution

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)
How do I go about raising this concern? I believe I should be paid more now and at least change my job title?

I am a Strategic Sourcing Manager with 7 YOE in both direct and indirect spend across various industries (Life sciences, IT and Insurance) I have been offered a role with Fidelity for 13 lpa + 1.5 variable. Offer seems better than the national average for similar roles but I feel I would be underpaid based on the current market, my skills and value I will be bringing to the table. Any suggestions for offer negotiations?

Hi Group, seems like it should be basic format, but I just can not get it to work. a list of data and want to alternate shade (blue,white,blue,etc) each line but if I have multiple lines I want to group together and they all shade the same. I want to group by the same data in column A, and the number of rows that are the same could vary. So let’s say row 1& 2 same entry in column A(blue) row 3 different (white) row 4,5,6 same as each other different to other rows (blue) etc… help 🙏

I lateraled into a niche practice group in Sept 2021. I also have a 1 year old and have been mostly remote since I started - but have been keeping busy tracking towards 2400-2500 hours. That said getting to know people only remote has been kind of awkward at times (email only can be tough to decipher) although as a working mom the pros vastly outweigh the cons. Has anyone dealt with coming to terms with an emotionally abusive relationship? I struggle to admit this (because more drastic examples come to mind), but my therapist mentioned that things like yelling/throwing things/blocking me from leaving the room are also abusive traits my ex demonstrated.
