Anyone know the salary range for an associate SE Salesforce based out of NYC?

Hi, I am an expat living in France and working as an IT consultant. I got an experience here that recruiters insist on disclosing my current salary. Is it a norm in France? Do you reply how much you earn? To me it seems absolutely inappropriate and irrelevant. I can respond what are my future salary expectations. I refuse to tell how much I make now, and then recruiters say that they can't proceed with my application without this information. WDYT?

Is anyone here aware of how is Amazon Canada’s compensation structured and their benchmark salaries as per their levels? I was talking to their recruiter and noticed they don’t transparently tell about their budget for the role, making it hard to put in a right demand or expectation. What's the best way to ask for a pay raise?

When I was headhunted for the job, ESG was a relatively new concept and too few companies hire for related positions. I didn't find any salary range from Glassdoor or anywhere so I had no idea. My fault was I did not ask the HR and just gave my asking salary. When I saw a similar post from my company (I was already hired that time), they were already including the pay range and I realized mine was way below. I'm already 2.8 yrs in the role.

Mentally and emotionally I can handle the hours. Physically I've slacked off and let myself go. Looking to get back on track and get fit. Any tips?
