Simon Kucher & Partners Anyone know what it’s like working at Simon Kucher & Partners from an hours/workload standpoint? Like is it pretty in line with most consulting firms, can say 40-60 in this case as an average range, or is it a sweatshop where you can expect to work 60-70 hours pretty consistently?

Non-LS, things are not bad. Around 50hrs a week is the norm, with spikes here and there. Most people I speak to are very happy. On the LS side, I have heard that utilization over past 1-2 years has been much higher than historical norms - ie the firm is growing a lot
Turnover is actually pretty standard? You can validate this by going on LinkedIn and seeing average employee tenure. I think SK is around 2.7-2.9 years, around the same (or better) than most other strategy firms.
I think we have it pretty good.
LS is pretty overworked, dealing with multiple projects at the same time. I’d say in LS we work 50-60 hours a week and the 60+ do happen but are not as frequent. Healthcare is known to be more relaxed with less hours, but LS people usually try to avoid working in HC projects because of partners and quality of projects. Just my two cents, others will have different perspectives.
C1 I am not sure what bread and butter pricing is, but most of the work is on pricing and market access, yes
i.e. is this in line with ZS workload or is it LEK
Turnover is extremely high. Whats the point of future upside if you won’t be there to realize it.
@google lol no that’s not it.
Does SKP hire for outside of Boston/SF/Chi for LS or HC?
