Quarantine emotional-outreach update: at the end of most zoom/teams/webex calls— when Ive been seeing peoples faces and smiling and having a nice enough time—I have to fight the urge to say “I miss you” or even “I love you” as Im signing off. (Not clients, just work people, but that’s bad enough)

I have major Teams/Zoom fatigue — I’m an extrovert but can’t stand being on calls anymore. It’s to the point where I feel absolutely miserable every time I’m in a meeting… I find myself always impatiently counting down the clock and being so checked out during the conversations.
