I was asked to put together a working plan to obtain my CFF credential. I’m aware of the 2 certificate program (Core and Specialized) through the AICPA that will lead to the CFF. There’s an ungodly amount of noise coming from the pipes and radiator making it impossible to sleep and the super doesn’t care. Landlord keeps telling me it’s normal but I measured the noise and it’s over 100 db, I can’t even sleep with earplugs in. Neighbors say they’ve complained too but nothing is being done.
