Anyone leave the management side of the restaurant industry and find equivalent compensation for the skills that you obtained? Working 11-13 hour days 5 days a week doesn’t leave time for family and I’m looking to have more of a work life balance but don’t know where to start at getting out of the industry as it’s all I have known professionally.

I have got an offer letter from Morgan Stanley for the QA role in regulatory reporting. Currently I am in a BA role with 7 yrs experience. In MS they are giving a good hike (45%) plus joining bonus. Not sure at this stage should i switch from BA to QA role.
