Since EY Law does not provide evidence of filling for H1b, how sure can one be that the company really filed for them? With the high rate of H1b denials, I doubt EY Law really filed for everyone.

Peeps I have H1b till Sep 2021 but my passport expired in Sep 2020 and along with it my I94. I had already renewed my passport back in Feb but haven’t left the country since.
