Anyone on h1b doing business on side? Is it legal? I have heard USCIS doesn’t specifically say you can’t start a business (they say you can’t have a second job but nothing about business). Can you do something like Amazon or e-commerce business?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?
