Anyone on the JFK to Seattle flight? Delayed 2hrs -- whats going on?

I've worked as a maid for a long time but am tired of driving to everyone's homes, so I'm thinking of trying out a job as a housekeeper in a hotel. Is there anyone out there who has done both jobs and can tell me a bit about the differences? I would appreciate any advice at all.

I have Approved I-797 but I recently changed my location from one state to other and lawyers are sating that I need to wait on LCA Approval. Anyone faced this scenario? I have never heard of it.

Completely and totally miserable at my firm and just need a space to vent because my friends are tired of hearing about it. I wish the worst part about it was the amount of work, rather than the completely toxic culture, lack of appreciation, arbitrary and back/breaking deadlines, lack of mentorship/feedback/training, and the fact that the associates act like they don’t even know each other. I'm currently working as ETL tester @ Infosys, 5Yoe, cctc: 6.5
Going for my first switch, and got offer from CTS with 11.5 ctc as etl tester.
My lwd is jan 2nd.
I got trained in Selenium in java and i think my selenium concepts/understandings are good, need some brush up on testng.
So is it advicable to kick start and brushup Selenium+ TestNG concepts in 1 month and go for automation role interviews as i dont have experience in realtime automation projects. Good or bad idea?

I have a game I love to play at the airport. I find someone who has the most vague resemblance to someone famous and then insist they are that person.

Can I just vent on how annoyed I am with the increase in “priority boarding” of people that are able bodied? I am happy to let them on first. But I think they should get off last. So many times they are limping or in a wheelchair boarding. And then when we land that are the first to jump up and scurry off. Just not ethical.

First business trip in 20 months. TSA agent yelled at me for nonsensical reasons. I almost cried. I was worried things would change, but they are just as dehumanizing as always. Felt like home.

So how does the Uber PIN thing work at LGA? Whenever I request an UBER there, it just connects me with a driver. I don’t get a PIN for the cars queuing up.
