Anyone out there gone for a JD/MBA over an MBA? Did you get higher salary upon returning (over MBA candidates) or does the firm see it as a useless and trivial pursuit?

Advice for Deloitte USI consultant ……If short term goal is to work for a few years in the US and then move back to India, what is the recommended approach-
1. MS/MBA in US and look for a Human Capital role (will need to spend $$ but will ensure higher designation and more options)
2. Stay at USI and wait for a project opportunity in US (lower probability of selection for H1B, move with same designation)
