Wine and War, and of you're into champagne, The Widow Cliquot is a great biography and historical overview

like

Wine Girl. The biography of N.A youngest female sommelier! A great read!

like

Maybe this is a bit more geared at learning about the wines and regions and such but have really enjoyed this book and use it frequently. It's pretty user friendly.

Wine Folly Magnum Edition

like

Agree with Wine Girl.
Also, Botanist and the Vintner

Cork Dork by Bianca Bosker is good!

A client developer group just told me they reached terms to “buy equity in a lease.” From what they’ve told me, if we were setting this up fresh, I’d do a new LLC and easily handle capital contributions, buy-sell, etc. in the new LLC agreement. However, here the partner had a long-term lease on the underlying RE that our group wants to develop as a concept. Lease assignment to new LLC is dicey, but I’m thinking maybe we set up a Mgmt services company to contract w/ the partner-tenant entity?

Also which proofs needed for,

Does anyone know how to declare in my individual tax return, RSA and Stock Options from a US Company that I have? Non exercised yet.

I am looking for wine decanter tags that are writable. I’d like to find a vintage looking silver option, but they all require engraving. I’m looking for something writable that I can change the label on when I host wine parties and I have a couple decanters on the table. Anyone have something similar and can share a link with me? Dry. Acidic nose. But for $10 this wine is amazing. Where else can you find a ‘14 vintage for that cost. I Get nectarine hints maybe plum. Very little body. Mild tannin; I wouldn’t mind putting out for guests. If you’re going for something dry, acidic, in the red department, can’t complain. I picked this one up from Trader Joe’s. Hope you find this helpful!
