I received some training and I look forward to the experience, but I’m a little nervous about having to speak in front of the judge. M/SM and above, why do you label a meeting as “touch point” or ask if you can have a “quick chat” when it’s something serious? Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title. But at my new job, my boss asked for a “quick chat” to literally ask me to change the title of a meeting and then chat about christmas. Now that I’m in management, I want to understand it better.

Can you single out a company that you can confidently say pays very well and also has good wlb and also has good opportunities etc.?
