Anyone willing to share their experience for EB1A application either approved or rejected as consultant . Whom did you use and any lessons learned.

Learned on the day of the deadline to enroll, that my partner's employer offers voluntary participation on a deferred compensation plan. First time I hear of such a benefit/option after working for years! Any general (i.e. not plan-specific) lessons-learned, gotchas, pointers to offer as we will have to quickly decide to enroll or not?

[I140 app. for Green card transfer] I have an approved i140 application at my previous employer. I have been at Google for 1.5 years and haven't started the GC transfer process here yet.
In an ideal world, I would be quitting this job and moving somewhere else that aligns better with my professional goals in the next 3 months.

Just sharing! Landed in offer at AWS over five weeks ago and still waiting on a visa transfer update from US CIS.
