I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.

I work in Italy… all depends on both the project you work on (IT, strategy, etc) and your manager’s perspective regarding wfh
I work in Milan for EY, and we’re (contractually speaking) 100% free to work from home whenever we want. Unfortunately some clients and partners require client site days, especially in assurance, but I’d say it’s not the norm in consulting.
Just for context, I’m in technology consulting and I have colleagues who have never come to the office after their first day. In my pillar I’m one of the people who’s done the most in-person client meetings and I’ve been there maybe 10 days in a year. (dms open if you want more info)
Hi! A colleague was there from a 3month assignation (Rome) and they all go to the office everyday. They don’t go to the clients.
Yes can confirm, usually face time is expected
I’m Italian working for big4 outside Italy in another European country. I can say based on friends experience that fully remote work is not part of the Italian culture in general. I have friends in audit that go most of the days on-site whereas in other SSL there seems to be a tad of flexibility (eg Monday and Fridays from home). But again, not a direct experience
Do you know the language of the country you are working in? Personal question as I am considering working in different country
Working in Italy and both myself and my partner haven't been to the office in years. Culture would say the opposite, but people are happy with remote working and I see less and less of people hauling themselves across the city to sit at a desk and then go home. All project dependant througb
Big issue is that it’s so team dependant..
