Applied for claim manager job with USAA with 18+ years experience in the field. Got email several days later informing me that more qualified candidates being considered but to keep applying to jobs. Funny thing is, they keep reposting the job that I applied for and was told more qualified candidatates were being considered? My work history and experience would give some indication of my age group and I can’t help but feel I was not considered as I was not a 30 something.

Having another phone interview with the same Amazon person again. Not sure what to make of it.

For Machine learning engineer roles, what are the coding interview rounds like? Are they more ML algorithm based coding or DS/trees/graph related?

Anyone have any advice going into the mock/pitch portion of the interview?

I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?
