Applied for ETL at ZS via Naukri; shortlisted in 2 days, completed assessment same day. After 25 days, got a sudden call for interview on 23rd May—Tech + EBI combined. SQL questions were moderate + a few from resume. No puzzles. I did well with my ETL background. Now wondering: Can I expect a call/offer? What's the expected salary for 3 yrs exp? Is ZS's poor work-life balance true? Is it worth joining? Insights appreciated.

Through a lot of comp discussions I heard a lot of talk of “making you whole” when things get better. Am I drinking the kool-aid by believing this? Is this just meant to prevent further questions that the firm does not know the answer to?
