-went through 3 rounds of interviews. (Last Wednesday)
-HR emailed me to send in year end reviews this Wednesday.
-HR called, asked if I would accept the position as analyst role instead of associate. I said yes. No discussion about pay.
Called today :
They said I am on the top of a short list and I am still under consideration. They're creating the new analyst role in the backend and they need approval business manager.
