Applied to BCG as EH via referral 5 months back and didn't get an interview. Recruiter had informed that the system let's you apply every 5 months. Is it a good idea to apply via referral again? Any info(office, email) I should change this time around?

PS - I had good reviews about my profile from folks at BCG but not sure why I couldn't get an interview.

My final round of technical Interview was over in Deloitte USI and it was with team members. I think HR will connect with me for package as per team members.
Role : Consultant (Manual tester)
YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

So something crazy happened to me last week. I was at the airport, and as usual on call after call. McKinsey referral system glitch?

I got a referral from an EM over a month ago. He says my candidate status showed "turned down" immediately following the submission. He suspects it was because the status from my previous application to McKinsey over 2 years ago got pulled into the system automatically. I referred someone I truly see potential in and have also helped him with resume and casing. And he didn't even get invited for an interview. He stayed optimistic and passionate about the job, and asked me again for advice about reapplying this year. I don't know what to advice him. His resume looks good but didn't even get a chance for interview
