Are manager health, dental, etc benefits firm paid usually? Ive always thought this to be the case, but ive never heard for sure. I know parking and cell phone is usually covered a lot of places.

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover
