. I have offer from LTI and Mindtree but confused that which i should choose.
As LTI tracks screen and hours while Mindtree doesn't. Also Mindtree have better leave policy but LTI doesn't have.
But as Mindtree is merging in LTI so confused if I join Mindtree so my Job will be secure or they can layoff later as it happens in acquisition and merger that parent company decide all things.
Kindly suggest, i have only 2 days.
