Yeah. This is based on my experience when I applied for a job at a government office, one of the supervisors told me that they would have to take into consideration that I served in Iraq before making a final decision. They decided to go with someone else. I believe that my experience as a veteran more than prepared me for the role, but being a veteran may have made them uncomfortable with their decision to hire me.
