After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? Hi guys, I am looking for a change after 11 years serving in the current organization. I have total 13 yrs exp. with only 13 LPA as I am in the same organization and didn't switch. With EY in the HR discussion they stated 19.4 LPA fixed, but I requested for 20 LPA fixed (though the difference is not much). The HR stated they may need to take approvals and the call ended. Do you know whether they will come back? How many days usually it takes HR to come back? It's the 3rd day almost.

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.
