Hi,
Recently, I got an offer from Microsoft and the team is Dynamics 365 Globalization team. Could anyone let me know how is the work culture and tech stack in the team?
They are offering less as compared to my other offers. That is why i am trying to understand more about the work in teams?

I’ve found that Accenture is probably the edgiest of all of the big firms because of its design/agency arm that the others can’t really compete with
I’m talking about more edgy, innovative and creative work culture! I’ve found the appetite for creative and non-traditional thinking at ACN is higher than what my peers are experiencing at other firms.
I have worked at Deloitte, ACN and KPMG. Have turned down offers over the years from others.
Deloitte is the most competitive, but lots of friends have been there a long time. ACN is similar. Both pay well, but they are large and competitive.
PwC is competitive and edgy in a different way but the profitability of its audit practice generates significant wealth.
Post George Floyd, each of these firms are being kinder and more empathetic. These are no longer “all out” cultures where it is all about your hours and financial results.
My general advice is do great work, focus on improving your craft, care about your clients and colleagues and you will enjoy your firm.
Offer LSD and shrooms. Part of the handbook noted above, lol
I’ve always found this to be helpful but not sure about ACN
I’m leaning towards that orange drip after working at 2 of the others.
Isn’t acccenture like a corporate version of Lord of the Flies?
Yes
Big differences between EY and Deloitte
Anyone can share diff about the culture at Accenture vs Deloitte?
Deloittte would happily sell their kids and EY would hug them but really want to
Pitch them against each other until they run away - from my experience
Depends on group, but I was at 2 of the big 4 and did notice some macro differences

Big differences at EY vs ACN for me
ACN is pretty sink or swim, if you fail you’ll get lost. In my experience at B4, if you sink then we all sink
Yes. Worked at 3 of the big 4 each had major differences, but they all market themselves the same way. Ditto their recruiting efforts.

For me ACN > PwC > Deloitte but also, I think it depends on group
I was thinking about all the poaching from each other that is happening. I’ve seen some make lateral moves in role and/or salary. All have networks they leave behind to have to build them again. Others say they are looking for better culture? But how can you tell in a few hours of interviews over a few weeks? Just puzzling.
I felt everything was distant and complicated at IBM, buried under layers and layers of management and entrenched bureaucracy. Consulting was just another business that they owned, not their core business.
I’ve only worked at EY, but others not apart of the big four always ask me how cut throat it is and is it as bad as they say. The answer is no, I feel supported by many people I work with. They want me to succeed just as much as I want to and they help me with that. Giving people chances and taking the time to explain things. Only as strong as the weakest link
