Looking at buying a house in Charleston, SC, then I want to get back to buying rental property. I already have two but would like to grow to 10 in the next 5 years. Is that possible and what are some ways to get some capital.

Question about solo/self-employed 401ks: If I create a sole-member LLC for a side business and create a solo/self-employed 401k, am I only allowed to make contributions from the earnings earned via the LLC? Or am I allowed to contribute money earned from a different source (ie W-2 job).

I’m an early startup having raised a bit of money from family and friends to help grow my business. Time is moving fast and I’m potties I won’t hit my targets and being the return back to those who invested.
Once I have used the money that’s been invested there’s no way of seeing it again and still bringing the return quick enough.

The numbers still show it’s possible, I still believe in the concept and I’m still growing, I think I just have some imposter syndrome.
