As a single woman in healthcare leadership, I am finding it increasingly isolating. I don't want to date anyone at work. But, the hours required for my job make it impossible to have a life outside work. Can anyone relate or have advice?

Currently in a committed relationship and just came to the realization that I have actually never been single in my life. Sometimes I wonder what the single life is like.. just dating and doing whatever I want without having to think about a partner. Any one else ever felt like this? Or been in this situation?

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?

I have masters and 6 years of experience. I recently learned that a new grad who doesnt have his state boards yet has 39 per hour. A coworker experience of 20 years gets 50per hour.
