As a vet, it is funny that I can't fix my own dog's behaviors. He is so sweet and loving but when he doesn't get his way... he tells me by peeing in the house in my foyer or in the kitchen. Do you have pets and if so do they have any issues you are ashamed you can't get rid of?

Unpopular opinion: as a vet, I can assure animals can be as mean as human beings, they just can't speak up for you to know. And they also have the power to dislike you.

My favorite coworker is Max, he's a grizzled tomcat we tended to (and neutered, of course) after he was hit by a car, and he's lived at our vet clinic for almost 3 years. He makes everyone’s day and people stop in just to see him

Having an animal friend with cancer is not something easy. This year I have already had 24 animals that went to sleep in order to stop suffering. This is not easy for their families at all. It seems to me that the cancer stats in domestic animals are increasing, is this just me?
