As an Outsystems developer what skills can I learn to compliment my profile, for job search

Recently I got a call from an HR for AMS- Salesforce technical support- associate role. Any idea , what kind of work will be there and will it have any learning scope. I am having a doubt, since it is mentioned a technical support. Please let me know.

I'm getting a MAcc to career change to forensic accounting. What opportunities are available to me with a data analytics heavy MAcc? I have just got an options trader job at a prop trading firm. But I knew nothing about options/trading/finance. The firms said they’ll be officially training us once we start. But in the meantime, what are some books/resources that you would recommend to start learning first?

Attended a top 5 UG and have 1 YOE. Doing mostly public sector work right now. Hours are fine, but pay is not at all competitive and the work is slow and not interesting.
