As January fast approaches, sales will plummet in the company I work for. I've already have my hours halved from 40 to 20 two months ago. I've been with the company for 28 months (UK) and I have a strong gut feeling that I'm going to be made redundant. I believe that I'd only get 2 week's salary as redundancy pay. I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. Employer is trying to force me (disabled using a walker and immunocompromised) to return to work at the office after WFH efficiently (covering 2 roles!) For 2 years.
