Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

- We love to talk about soft skills remotely just as much as the usual hard/tech skills. We're equally impressed that you're a strategic thinker, motivator, team player, upfront, accountable, fail sometimes but learn from it etc.
- Don't use the usual buzzwords in a CV without having evidential examples that provide context. I.e. Tell me more about why you're customer driven.
- Be ready to answer gaps in employment and short spells at other companies. These are important and help us understand your career progression and how you nurture your talent out of employment or during it. Honesty is also important here so don't be tempted to jump on the blame wagon.
I had four interviews with a company that uses Google Meet. Only once did it work correctly. Twice we had to zoom and the other a phone call.
It worked once. So not sure it was the settings. Also used Google Chrome, so you’d think it would be compatible. The one time it worked I used Safari.
As someone who interviewed candidates please take this seriously. Dress nicely (most candidates wore a suit) and sit at a desk (some guy took the interview from his recliner).
@SA1 "suit" yourself...just sharing an observation
