Asking for my spouse. She is five months pregnant and has a amazon offer. She works for Deloitte too. Deloitte definitely has a better maternity leave but amazon is doubling her take home salary. Also agreed to work from home for two years. Thoughts? Stress wise her Deloitte practice ( strategy) is probably as stressful or more as compared to amazon role so it literally boils down to maternity benefits for us.

I have received an offer as Associate Data Engineer L2 at Publicis Sapient Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 8 months of experience. The CTC provided is 16. On other Hand got the same CTC from Neudesic an IBM Company and its WFH ( Remote Completely ). The Third Offer is from PubMatic where CTC is 22.70 ( Including stocks, and variables ) for the Gurgaon location. Please help me out with what basis I should choose among these. I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). Hi guys, I am looking for a change after 11 years serving in the current organization. I have total 13 yrs exp. with only 13 LPA as I am in the same organization and didn't switch. With EY in the HR discussion they stated 19.4 LPA fixed, but I requested for 20 LPA fixed (though the difference is not much). The HR stated they may need to take approvals and the call ended. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.

Got an offer at FAANG for PgM role with 140K in base + 70K in RSU (over 4 years). Have 6 YOE in consulting. With the new increase in pay at PwC the difference does not seem all that much though. Wondering if I got low balled and if there is anyway to renegotiate.
