Anyone good marketing books recommendations or online certifications?

What do people recommend for start-up relevant marketing resources/books/personalities/podcasts?
I have a lot of enterprise marketing experience, but making a jump to a startup and want to get up to speed as quickly as possible.

Just out of curiosity, have you ever started a new job and thought what the hell am I getting myself into?!?
If it was the wrong fit how long did you grin and bear it? 6 months / 1 year / longer?
Did it get better with time or worse? (For instance just a case of lack of know-how)
If you left did you find securing a new job difficult due to only being there for so little time?

How would you structure this resume?

Student startups & non-CS undergrad ->
masters in analytics & related part-time work ->
3 yoe DS in tier 2 tech company ops, accidental tech lead ->
burnt out/bored, quit, was lazy doing part time CS prereq classes for a year ->
breadth oriented masters in CS (finishing in spring)

Targeting PM roles cause people work comes easy to me (vs applied science/MLE coding) and ops cost center budgets suck. Doing formal CS just cause wanted to learn, fill in gaps.

I'm at a career juncture and have decided on a career in anti-money laundering as my new path. I'm also highly interested in additional education to further my career and am eyeing graduate school. Which is best? A law degree or a master's in international relations? Those are where my interests lie. I keep reading that JDs are valued in compliance but am wondering if a different graduate program is better for my goals. I already plan to obtain the CAMS certification. Thank you!

I am currently a medical biller and coder that just graduated. I am currently in an entry level position because I am still studying to get certified. I will have a year's work of exp in July and will sign a contract for another year because my boss is training me in more I don't know.

Stability vs growth? What would you suggest for below profile at this stage of career and why?
Current Age: 40 years
Total IT Experience: 15 years (Manager/Solution Architect)
Has to choose between below 2 offers?
Company A: 40 lpa including 20% variable in a Big MNC with only 2% increment every year, variable paid only 60% with avg to good wlb and job security
Company B: Small/Medium sized growing firm with 45 lpa fixed and 8% avg increment every year but hectic work but good job security

Can you please suggest how to deal with rude, disrespectful coworker? I have already informed the same to my scrum master recently but he doesn't add any weightage to my concerns or takes me seriously. This has been going on for 6 months and my work is getting highly affected.

Infy is offering 12.5 LPA(including 15% VP) where as Optum is ready to pay 18 Fix + VP
