At crossroads and need help deciding between two opportunities. First job is a new Senior FP&A role at a growing company with plans to go public and clear upward mobility. Second is a boutique M&A/banking firm, primarily would be doing FDD, but will have opportunity to be involved in banking side and full deal process (modeling, post-integration, etc). Comp is the same besides potential higher bonus at the M&A firm. Goal in 5 years is to be Director/VP Finance. All perspectives welcome!
