Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. Now I am in a dilemma of what to do as I have been looking for onsite opportunities for my entire career so far. Kindly share your thoughts. You're on the consulting forum. Beat it, nerd.
At BCG we have slides that state base pay and bonus range for each tenure. Everyone paid according to that. No need to report individual data points.

@A1 paycomparison
^ No.
Why is google here?
@B1: Ever come across someone outside of prescribed range?
At Deloitte that’s kept pretty secret but then there are people like me who are outside the “band” for our rank who make that much because it’s what we made before being hired
There was a fishbowl thread a while back where we compiled lots of pay numbers and details.
SA1 is correct. I wish we did another one. He was also going to slice the data by gender but never happened
Sorry, but I’m missing something here. Why is that statistic supposed to be helpful? To know if you are low balled or not?
