I received an email from the HR at Monitor Deloitte that I've cleared the case round and a back to back discussion with partner and director of the team will be scheduled. Been almost 3 days since this email, haven't received asking for availability from the scheduling team. This for a role with their Lifesciences Strategy practice in the UK. How long do they typically take to schedule the final round of discussions? Do they eliminate candidates in this round?

Me too. I feel like working out after work keeps me sane because I'm able to de-stress on the bike or lifting weights or something. I'll also take a long walk sometimes to clear my head, that always works. I just have to be moving my body in order to get out some of the negative energy!
Depends on whether I'm actually physically tired, or just mentally tired. If my body can take it I'll go for a walk and listen to music. If I'm really wiped out physically, it'll just be the music. And the music can vary. Lately I've been obsessing again over the Dylan boxset with the 1965-66 outtakes. Something about the work in progress aspect is just endlessly fascinating.
I usually go for a run. It helps, but the anxiety usually creeps back in after a few hours.
