At this point I’d pay for someone to just give me a job with benefits. My current job is toxic. I’ve never had so many physical stress symptoms in my life. The bosses make fun of anyone who calls out sick in the office in front of everyone, the manager lies about other workers to make herself look better, and when I had my turn in the lying spotlight I was crushed by inappropriate scolding and put down comments. I’ve been applying for so many jobs for weeks and it’s starting to feel hopeless.

How many interviews is too many? I’ve done 5 one on ones with different people in the practice group. They want me to talk to a few more, but I’m frustrated. It’s so hard to find time to schedule these things and the associates don’t seem to understand I can’t just take them in the middle of the work day at work. Recruiter thinks it’s a good sign. Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal?
