25yrs of travel, still traveling plan to still travel for another 3-5 before I decrease travel, and semi- retire. Health, has been impacted hard to eat right on the road, but getting a grip on it. 2020 is my year to turn 60 and get my health back

D2 right there with you! My years to turn 60 and I am working on getting back in shape
I'm still in consulting but stopped traveling at 48. I was a road warrior for more than 20 years. It ruined my back and I have been over weight for about 15 years now. Its very difficult to stay healthy on the road.
21 years of traveling. No health issues (disciplined about eating and exercising) but slowly losing hearing certain frequencies because of airplane travel
What?
I am 60 now. Still in Consulting but not traveling as much over the last year. No, I don’t think it has negatively impacted my health.
Always packed running shoes for past 20 years...kept me mentally sane, see great cities from outside a taxi, and shakes off last nights client dinner :-) It’s defo a “cost” I tell the youngers to take care and see me in the lobby at 0600! Getting enough good quality sleep with a peaceful mind is equally important (it was too many years before I realised I was “good enough” and that it would never be as bad as I imagined the night before).
