At what point in your career would someone be considered qualified enough to write their own business book? Like, when would I be considered an expert in my field?

Career pivot into consulting? I've always been in a non client serving role and I just want that opportunity? Even completed an MBA and no luck. Too much experience in one area that am no longer interested on.

Did you have to take a lower position to gain the experience or were you able to argue that your soft skills were transferable to in house? Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

Hi Guys, I came on a previsit and joined and then returned back to my Home Town but while signing the contract i saw that if you leave the company withing 2 year you have to pay entire relocation cost back.

1. My initial offer letter didnt have these clause mentioned.
