How can I get started ?

Got an offer from Microsoft for a tech lead position. Considering the San Francisco office as opposed to relocating to Seattle. How big is the SF office, are there technology groups that sit in that office? Would it be too hard to network and connect if most of the groups sit in Seattle?

Moving to NYC from Australia.
Want to know what to expect as an Account Supervisor.
5 years exp across local and intl brands, the kicker is that its been in brand partnerships, and not ATL.

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title?
