Total years of experience: 5.5 years
Note:
I got another offer by got call from applied long time before job.
Just i tried and cracked.
I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

Chicago here. Manager 130 plus bonus. It’s usually on the lower end though from what I’ve seen
Job duties all related to inventory demand and supply and some logistics requirements. Negotiations
Where I’m at they make less than 110 Illinois suburbs ! But buying roles don’t usually pay that great no matter the level. Shift to a supply manager role Or consulting
I make a salary of about $85,000 as a senior buyer. My typical duties include overseeing the purchasing process, developing and implementing purchasing strategies, and working with suppliers to get the best deals on goods and services. I also work with other departments within my company to ensure that all procurement needs are met.
I hear you. How many hours a day do you work and in all honesty how complex is your portfolio? Also, where are you located?
A senior buyer typically earns a salary of around $75,000. As a senior buyer, you may be responsible for overseeing the purchasing process and developing purchasing strategies. Additionally, you may be responsible for negotiating prices and contracts with suppliers, and ensuring that all products and services meet the organization's quality standards.
I make around 82K. I’ve been in the position for little over 6 months and while I’m still getting the hang of my portfolio I can’t help but feel how complex the portfolio is and how the pay isn’t equivalent to the labor. Granted, there are many internal projects in progress, change controls and processes improvements, which makes things a lot harder. Once things get settled (which will likely take a LONG time) things will be more manageable.
