How can I make friends in Chicago?
Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

Damn! Every kid is different unfortunately. In most cases, I’d say it gets better :). I know it’s easy to say and maybe something you have already tried, but getting them on some sort of schedule and letting them cry at times worked for us.
That was us for kid #1. Kid #2 had a Snoo and gets 6-7 hours a night.
was it hard to transition your kid out of the Snoo?
Our 2.5 yo boy still gets up once in the middle of the night for a bottle of milk!
We just weaned our 3 year old off of the nighttime bottles and it has made a huge difference. We tried everything for 6 months...switch gradually to water, smaller and smaller amounts etc. In the end it was just cold turkey and timing since we had another child.
I got 5 kids.. Consistency now will pay off in the future.. Keep at it.. it will get better
My kid has been sleeping through the night since 2.5 months. We actively sleep trained. DM me and I can send you a contact of someone that helped us.
Also I’d put money on the assumption we have the same pediatrician in NYC.
My kid didn’t sleep the night until the past few months. He just turned two last week lol. Poor guy had bad acid reflux since birth and as a result wasn’t able to sleep for long. Mainly bc he couldn’t eat much and got hungry, or has reflux. It’s worth checking out for any GI issues as they can definitely prevent long sleep
Yeah! Tbh my wife is a G who went through many specialists. They couldn’t figure out the issue. We even did an endoscopy on my kid to see if they could find out what’s wrong. but what really seemed to help was switching him off from dairy based products. He drinks oat milk instead and we minimize acidic food greatly. We also give him plant based medicine he takes when he wakes and sleeps and after naps. It’s a lot of work and the medicine is expensive but it’s worth it. We also got him in food therapy bc reflux can traumatize kids from eating properly. It’s a lot but PM me for anything else
For us it was the same, he then he slept in our bed and we could sleep through, even if he was thirsty, he just drank 😉 best tip we got in that time was to listen to our hearts and not to any books or other parents.
Or, you know, doctors.
Don’t Jinx it bruhhh!
Yes it gets better for sure

We sleep trained at 5 months using Taking Cara Babies and I’m soooo glad we did.
It should get better soon! Some babies take a bit longer than others to adjust, but it's not abnormal. Hang in there!
I feel your pain man. I've just accepted the fact that my sleep schedule may never go back to normal, but I know I'm being somewhat dramatic.
Yes that’s normal and you won’t remember this by next year
