Help me ask for a raise in my upcoming performance review? In sum, my company’s HQ is in Texas and I feel I’m being paid a Texas wage when I live in Los Angeles (the role is remote). We do have a San Francisco office and I want to ask my boss to match me what staff are making there. As that’s more comparable. I had two technical rounds in tcs last month and now I have got the offer letter from tcs.

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

Hello! Will be receiving a $400 stipend from my new org for office setup. I currently have a 15” 2015 Pro, my husband has a Lenovo, I’ll be provided with a work laptop, we have a used office desk.

The CPE courses that i pursued on june 30 got credited to next fiscal year

I raised a complaint to the us learner team and they reverted my credit points back to be compliant as of june 30th 2021

Today am shockingly getting an emAil that i am non compliant. In the system, my points have been again moved to next fiscal year

Please advice what to do. I have emailed them. But there is no phone number to seek help
