Anyone know how flexible BCG is right now with start dates for experienced laterals? I’m interviewing for the May start date and the recruiter has said they are pretty fixed on this date for this recruiting cycle, but I would prefer to start in July. Are they usually amenable to changing the start date after I receive an offer?

What’s the grade structure at EY UK? And how many years expected at each?

Currently making $160k TC in NYC working 40 hours a week, but recently got an offer for $300k TC with 60-80 work weeks. They were up front about the hours expectation. Am I crazy for not taking the $300k offer? I just don’t see myself being able to work those hours like I used too without getting burnt out.

What are the best consulting companies in the US focused on Sustainability, either Strategy or Ops?

A week or so ago, someone shared a stacked bar chart of each MBB/Big 4 firm that highlighted the percentage of consultants that say they work 40, 50, 60 hours etc a week at each firm. I have searched endlessly to find that chart but haven’t had any luck. Not even on google. Does anyone know the chart I’m referring to?
